Barista Role

We're seeking skilled and experienced baristas to join our team at WatchHouse. As a barista, you'll work on the latest equipment, serving our customers with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You'll be part of a highly skilled and high-performing team that can cope with the pressures and demands of a busy city centre coffee house.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work as part of your House team to create a vibrant and sociable place of work.
  • Demonstrate unparalleled hospitality by delivering regular customers with a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Work with coffee and food reflecting the diverse offering of our business and support your House team when required.
  • Help maintain brand standards at high volume production by following and adapting recipes to ensure consistency of high quality beverages.
Requirements
  • Previous coffee experience within a fast-paced specialty coffee environment.
  • Proven track records in hospitality, punctual, adaptable, and a hard worker.
  • A great team player and someone who can work alongside a brilliant barista team.
