We are seeking a Progress Mentor for Learners with Special Needs to join our Inclusive Learning team at Suffolk New College. This role involves working closely with learners, staff, and external agencies to provide tailored support and help learners overcome challenges.

You will be responsible for identifying areas where learners need additional support, developing strategies to address these needs, and monitoring progress towards set goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting learners with SEND, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

This is a permanent full-time role based at our Suffolk Rural Campus, with the possibility of working across multiple campuses. We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £31,000 per year and a range of benefits.

To be successful, you will need a Level 3 qualification accompanied by literacy and numeracy to Level 2 (GCSE grade 4/C) and a teaching qualification or commitment to attaining one within a specified timeframe.
