Healthcare Service Manager

Roseside Care Home is looking for a skilled and motivated Nurse Unit Manager to join our team. As a service manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. This includes managing staff rotas, monitoring patient outcomes, and maintaining accurate records. In addition, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £47,000-£53,000 per annum, based on 36-42-48 hours per week.
