Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer support for our European customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless order fulfillment and positive outcomes for our customers.
  • Utilize your language skills to communicate effectively with customers, resolving issues and updating system accounts as needed.
  • Record and analyze customer conversations to identify areas for improvement and optimize our support processes.
  • Stay adaptable and flexible, supporting other areas of the business as required.

About You

  • Proven customer service experience, with a strong background in call center or similar environments.
  • Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal), with excellent communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends, with a willingness to travel to our Soho office when required.
