Job Title: Automotive Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our team at Listers Group in Bristol South.

The role involves working 8:30am - 6:30pm Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week. You will be required to work every other Sunday, and receive one full weekend off per month. Saturday hours are 8:30am - 5pm, Sunday hours are 11am - 5pm.

As an attractive aspect of this role, you will benefit from the use of a company vehicle and an estimated annual salary up to £50,000.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for building trust and communicating effectively with customers to exceed their expectations.
  • Maximise opportunities through prospecting, follow-up calls, and in-bound telephone enquiries.
  • Achieve monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
  • Adhere to FCA and data protection obligations by collecting customer contact and vehicle data.
