Sales Account Manager Job Description

At i2i Recruitment, we are seeking a skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing client relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster retention and growth.
  • Convert inbound marketing leads into new sales opportunities.
  • Proactively source and develop new leads within your market sector.
  • Keep the CRM system updated with all client interactions and sales activities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Minimum GCSE Maths and English (C or above).
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
  • Keen interest in learning about the products and services on offer.
