Food and Beverage Team Leader Role Overview

The National Trust is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team in Gloucestershire. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our cafes operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support to your team to ensure they are consistently delivering great service to our customers.
  • Supervise the induction and training of colleagues to build a team dedicated to great service and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all displays and signs are accurate and that food is presented in an appealing manner.
  • Assist the kitchen team with food preparation as needed.

Requirements:

  • Friendly and adaptable with a positive 'can-do' approach.
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
  • A people person with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering great customer service.
  • Aware of health and safety compliance.
  • A problem solver who can lead and support a team every day.
