About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team at the National Trust. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our cafes and restaurants meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of food and beverage staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure that all customers have a positive experience.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure that staff have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to develop and implement new menu ideas and promotions.
  • Ensure that all staff are aware of and adhere to health and safety procedures and protocols.
