Job Title: Practice Manager and Business Development Specialist

Rodericks Dental Partners is seeking a highly skilled Practice Manager and Business Development Specialist to lead our dental practice towards success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the practice, including marketing initiatives and business development strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to connect the practice with its community, fostering growth and expansion.
  • Lead the line management of the practice team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to meet NHS and private objectives, driving business growth and development.
  • Effectively manage costs and identify opportunities for growth through Profit and Loss analysis.
  • Supervise banking procedures, including deposits, payments, reconciliation, and debt management.
  • Maintain up-to-date practice documentation, including policies, procedures, and handbooks.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements, prioritizing patient and staff well-being.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in dental practice management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Prior experience in business performance management, working with KPIs and targets, and Profit and Loss management.
  • Staff management experience, including appraisals and performance management.
  • A strong level of enthusiasm and motivation to contribute to practice growth.
  • CQC registration as a Practice Manager or willingness to obtain necessary registration (including DBS check).

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 (competitive + performance bonus), estimated based on title, job description, and location.
