Talent Casting Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Talent Casting Manager who has a strong background in the Cruise industry to join our Talent & Creative Casting team. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and retaining top talent for essential non-performing roles across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for non-performing roles, collaborating with departmental managers to understand their specific requirements.
  • Craft tailored recruitment drives to meet our company's growing demands.
