As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Contechs, you will be responsible for developing and establishing technology-specific forum BAU and business planning process cadence, building a robust cross-enterprise network to support technology forum and business objectives, and ensuring best practices, lessons learned, and innovation ideas are captured, shared, and diffused across manufacturing plants and technologies. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and leadership groups to influence senior stakeholders and leadership groups inside and outside of manufacturing. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in complex workstream facilitation, coordination, and planning, and to apply your knowledge of technology operational and global manufacturing engineering, particularly in BIW. You will also have the opportunity to work on internal and external benchmarking activities, and to develop your skills in stakeholder management and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and establish technology-specific forum BAU and business planning process cadence
  • Build and maintain a robust cross-enterprise network to support technology forum and business objectives
  • Ensure best practices, lessons learned, and innovation ideas are captured, shared, and diffused across manufacturing plants and technologies
  • Facilitate cross-technology forum knowledge and activity sharing through central team integration
