We are seeking a skilled Call Centre Support Specialist to join our team at Supertemps Ltd. As a Telephone Advisor, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and resolving any issues that may arise.

You will work closely with our team to ensure all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively, using your excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a customer-focused environment, with strong phone skills and complaint handling abilities. They will also possess excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
