Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating all logistics claims, communicating findings to the business unit, and ensuring compliance with safety standards within the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and ensure compliance with safety standards within the workplace.
  • Adhere to and uphold quality standards in all aspects of work.
  • Support and champion the Schnellecke spirit, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives.
  • Maintain adherence to the 5S standard in the designated area of responsibility.
  • Follow and comply with emergency strategies established at partners Motors Vietnam.
  • Execute tasks and processes as directed by the quality manager.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Investigate logistics claims issued by the partners Motors claims specialist to confirm SJL failure actively.
  • Provide daily shift reports to share investigations and findings.
  • Generate and present a weekly report to the SJL quality team to discuss changes/improvements.
  • Monitor the unpacking of materials at the partners Motors and share photo documentation of quality concerns arising from the unpacking process.
  • Actively track repeat issues based on Pack ID and Part Number.
  • Identify potential problems with SJL Packing offering feedback and suggesting improvement possibilities to SJL operations.

Work Location: Partners on-site, Industrial Park in Quang Ninh province, Industrial Park Ninh Binh Province.
