Psychosocial Support Professional

Job Summary: Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical social work and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct clinical services, including psychosocial assessments, crisis interventions, and counseling.
- Participate in daily team rounds and provide feedback to enhance patient care.
- Maintain accurate records and complete necessary reporting.
- Develop partnerships with community agencies to support patient needs.
- Pursue ongoing education and maintain licensure.
Education and Certification:
A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field is required, along with certification as a LCSW or LMHC. LICSW licensure is highly valued. The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience.
