Lambeth Learning Support Role

We are seeking a passionate and committed individual to fill the Lambeth Learning Support Role at Remedy Education. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils aged 11-19 years with complex needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development and be able to create engaging and inclusive learning experiences. They will also be able to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to achieve educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with complex social, emotional and mental health needs.
  • Developing and implementing individualized learning plans.
  • Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to achieve educational goals.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of child development.
  • Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Information:

Estimated salary for this role is around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
