We are seeking three motivated qualified social workers to join our Hospital Social Work Team, based at Kings College Hospital (KCH). The team supports Lambeth residents who are admitted to KCH, GSTT and hospitals out of the borough.

The primary feature of work undertaken by staff in the Hospital team is to deliver strength-based preventative support, where required assess and establish supports and safeguard patients.

This role involves carrying out assessments or reviews with adults over 18 years with a range of physical health disabilities and vulnerabilities, so experience with these client groups is essential – as well as having a robust understanding of Safeguarding procedures.

**Job Requirements**:

  • Carry out assessments or reviews with adults over 18 years with a range of physical health disabilities and vulnerabilities
  • Deliver strength-based preventative support
  • Assess and establish supports and safeguard patients

The estimated salary for this role is around £44,000 - £49,000 per annum.
