About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Officer to join our client's leadership team. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, transformation, and delivering a successful exit strategy.

Collaborating closely with the private equity investors, commercial leaders, operational and manufacturing teams, and other key stakeholders, you will play a critical role in driving value creation and delivering business improvements that add to the margin performance.

The business has a clear and embedded set of values that focus on employee engagement and development, operating in an ethical manner. This role will be based on-site at our client's site in South Yorkshire, with travel throughout the UK.

What You'll Get

The salary for this role is supplemented by an Executive Package that includes 50% Bonus, Car, Health Care, Pension, Private Medical, Equity, and 33 days holiday.

This is an exciting opportunity to take a business through turnaround and an exit in the next 3 years, with the added financial incentives that this will bring.

Requirements
  • Experienced in turnaround, fundraising, and investor relations
  • Comfortable and confident in dealing with private equity funders
  • Able to deliver business improvements that add to the margin performance
