Chief Executive Officer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our client, a leading manufacturer and supplier of industrial consumables, through the next phase of their development. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, improving operational efficiency, and preparing the business for a successful exit within the next 3 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Motivate and develop a high-performing team to deliver business objectives
  • Collaborate with private equity investors, commercial leaders, and operational teams to drive value creation
  • Build relationships with customers, funders, suppliers, and insurers to drive business growth
  • Review and improve operational activities to increase efficiency and revenue
  • Work closely with the CFO to ensure key financial indicators are measured and reported
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a CEO or Managing Director in a manufacturing sector business
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Experience of turnaround, fundraising, and investor relations
  • Ability to deliver business improvements that add to margin performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
