About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Sanctuary Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive, systematic, and accurate nursing assessments of residents' physical, psychological, and social needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet residents' needs and promote their independence.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by medical professionals.
  • Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions to medical professionals and other relevant staff.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and promote a culture of teamwork.
Requirements
  • Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in a care home or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with a commitment to promoting residents' dignity and well-being.
