About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Millport Care Centre. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized care to residents, adhering to their individual care plans and monitoring their progress.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, identifying physical, psychological, and social needs, and develop care plans to address these needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and promote a positive, supportive environment.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £20.55.
  • 40 hours of work available, with various shift options, including days, evenings, nights, and alternate weekends.
  • A comprehensive training program, including clinical training and support in meeting NMC revalidation requirements.
  • 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays (pro rata).

Requirements
  • Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
  • Experience working in a clinical setting.
