Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer with Python

At Jas Gujral, we are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer with expertise in Python to join our team. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our complex cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy, manage, troubleshoot, and enhance our cloud-based tools and services.
  • Work closely with IT, product, and engineering teams to extend and maintain our tooling and services.
  • Proactively identify system weaknesses and implement solutions to prevent production issues.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Automate existing workflows and build new ones to improve infrastructure, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Debug complex problems across our web and mobile application stack and advise stakeholders on solutions.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, development, and/or system operations.
  • Deep knowledge of Python and experience with other languages like Java, Go, Rust, or similar.
  • Experience with open-source databases, DevOps engineering, and container orchestration.
  • Strong familiarity with modern web and mobile application development, including JavaScript and Python stacks.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
