The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Health and Safety team, influencing senior management and site-level operations, and driving change throughout the organisation.

About the Position:

We are looking for an individual who can ensure the company's health and safety program continues to deliver to the highest standard. The successful candidate will have experience in influencing, engaging, and coaching senior management and site-level operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Influencing, engaging and coaching key internal and external stakeholders to drive change
  • Conducting major health and safety incident investigations to identify root causes and making recommendations to prevent reoccurrence
  • Constantly assessing opportunities for health and safety improvements and sharing best practices across the organisation

Requirements:

  • Experience in influencing, engaging and coaching senior management and site-level operations
  • A NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and ideally Chartership of IOSH
  • Experience with delivering health and safety strategy at site level

Compensation Package:

This position offers a competitive salary package, including a salary of circa £90,000 + Car & Excellent Benefits, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting top talent.
