Job Title: Senior HR Strategist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior HR Strategist to join our team at LADbible Group. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our people strategy. This senior leadership position involves implementing strategic initiatives, driving organisational success and change, and being a trusted advisor for the Board, C-Suite, and Business Leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies alongside Heads of HR, aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team on key organisational and management issues.
  • Spearhead our global presence in the US, including working with our HR counterparts in multiple offices.
  • Oversee and guide the Head's of HR to design and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and drive organisational effectiveness.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to the executive leadership team.
  • Drive continuous learning and professional development opportunities for employees at all levels.
  • Ensure compliance with all local employment laws and regulations across the UK, US, and Ireland and any other required jurisdictions.
  • Guide the delivery of HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and support organisational goals.
  • Form strong relationships with C-Suite and the Board to ensure that the team perspective is fully represented in decision-making.
  • Oversee the HR team to analyse and review statistical reports to identify trends, so that key issues and resources are adjusted accordingly.
  • Prepare and present reports to C-Suite on HR-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Significant HR expertise: Deep understanding of HR principles and best practices, which covers knowledge of HR laws and regulations, recruitment, compensation, employee development, and employee relations.
  • Solid track record of successfully implementing HR strategies and implementing change programs successfully.
  • Previous experience within a similar industry, ideally media, digital, or a tech-focused business, and have managed/led on acquisitions and integrations.
  • Strong Leadership skills: Proven track record of managing HR teams across multiple locations. Coaching, mentoring, and performance management where appropriate. Ability to make decisions quickly and correctly, especially in time-critical situations.
  • A real hands-on attitude, someone that can be proactive as well as responsive to changes across the business.
  • The confidence and gravitas to influence, empower, and partner with stakeholders up to Board level.
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment and managing a number of projects at any one time.
