This Substance Abuse Recovery Coach role focuses on providing support and guidance to individuals struggling with addiction. The ideal candidate will possess a qualified counsellor background with accreditation and experience managing a caseload.

A strong understanding of CBT-based interventions and partnership working is also essential. Our client provides a diverse range of services, including psychosocial treatment and support, aimed at helping individuals recover from substance dependency.

This role will be working in a women's-only residential service, supporting those who have experienced multiple disadvantage and past trauma. A competitive salary of £26,750, with potential for yearly increments up to £30,750, is offered, along with 25 days' annual leave increasing to a maximum of 30 days, clinical supervision, and other benefits.
