Design Manager

Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Design Manager to join their team. As a key member of the company, you will be responsible for leading the technical team and overseeing the design and production process.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a small technical team of 10-15 members
- Involve in design through to manufacture and prototyping
- Streamline production processes
- Be the technical expert and run the shop floor
- Experienced mechanical engineer or design/technical lead
- Background in machining/component manufacture
- Solidworks design capability
- Understanding of materials (polymers, metals, etc.)
- Experience in Automotive or Aerospace
- Commutable to Slough
