Job Title: CCTV Operator

Location: New Square Shopping Centre

Shift Pattern: 6 on - 3 off, 56 hours per week

Pay Rate: £ per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CCTV Operator to join our team at New Square Shopping Centre. As a CCTV Operator, you will be responsible for conducting regular CCTV patrols of the shopping centre, managing access and egress, responding to emergency incidents, and updating daily reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular CCTV patrols of the shopping centre, including car parks, malls, and service areas.
  • Manage access and egress to the centre, ensuring the safety and security of customers and staff.
  • Respond to emergency incidents, escalating to emergency services when necessary.
  • Update daily reports to ensure incidents and patrols are logged.
  • Collaborate with local businesses to ensure information is shared effectively.
  • Work closely with the client team on site, completing tasks and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Valid SIA CCTV License.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to prioritize and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations.
  • Computer literate and excellent communication skills.
