About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CCTV Operator to join our team at ABM UK. As a CCTV Operator, you will be responsible for conducting regular CCTV patrols of the shopping centre, managing access and egress, and responding to emergency incidents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular CCTV patrols of the shopping centre, including car parks, malls, and service areas
  • Manage access and egress to the centre, ensuring the safety and security of customers and staff
  • Respond to emergency incidents, escalating to emergency services when necessary
  • Update daily reports to ensure incidents and patrols are logged
  • Collaborate with local businesses to ensure information is shared
  • Work closely with the client team on site and complete tasks as required
Requirements
  • Valid SIA CCTV License
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to prioritise and work well under pressure
  • Ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations
  • Computer literate and excellent communication skills
