Job Overview

Guidant Global seeks a skilled Hospitality Assistant to work in a fast-paced retail environment, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization within the store's kitchen and dining areas.

This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience through efficient cleaning and sanitizing practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize all kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils to meet health and safety standards.
  • Sweep and mop floors to prevent slips and falls, guaranteeing a safe working environment.
  • Respond promptly to spills and messes to minimize disruptions and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Wash and put away cookware, cutlery, and other kitchen items to optimize storage space.
  • Ensure waste management systems are functioning properly, reducing environmental impact.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting the culinary team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. An estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
