About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As a key member of our residential team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our homes and providing exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Registered Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the home.
  • Take charge of shift management and ensure that all necessary tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve high-quality care outcomes.


Essential Requirements:
- Level 3 or 4 qualification in childcare
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
