Planning Consultant Role

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of experience in town planning to contribute to exciting projects across a multidisciplinary environment. The successful candidate will work closely with a small, focused planning team of two and collaborate across departments to deliver high-quality planning solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct site appraisals, feasibility studies, and prepare planning applications
- Support senior planners on complex applications and strategic projects
- Liaise with local authorities, clients, and other stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with architects, urban designers, and external consultants
- 1-3 years of experience in town planning, preferably within a consultancy environment
- A relevant degree in Town Planning or a related field
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Experience with local planning policies and regulations
- A competitive salary between £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
- Flexibility with 2 days working from home
- Opportunity to work closely with a small team within a supportive environment
- Exposure to multidisciplinary projects, working alongside architects and urban designers
