This 6-month contract requires the successful candidate to work closely with the Planning Department, providing expertise on landscape proposals, condition applications, and S106 negotiations. Open space inspections and collaboration with planning teams are integral aspects of this role.

Essential Requirements
  • Experience working in a similar landscape architecture position within a local authority setting.
  • A post-graduate degree or current pursuit of chartered status as a Landscape Architect.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £50 (open to negotiation) and the flexibility to work from home part-time.
