Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team at 300 North Limited. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing expert project management support to our Operations Team, ensuring the smooth execution of projects and alignment with our company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the replacement of our current Asset Management System through effective project management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key project stakeholders.
- Develop and uphold suitable project governance frameworks.
- Prioritize tasks within the project and provide regular updates during Steering Group meetings.
- Align project activities with our company's strategic goals and workflow.
- Ensure adequate resources are allocated to meet project objectives.
- Guide and direct the project team to meet stakeholder expectations and achieve project goals related to cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
- Hold timely and constructive review meetings with both the project team and sub-teams.
- Create and track the project schedule to ensure key milestones are met.
- Identify, manage, and escalate changes, risks, opportunities, and issues related to the project.
- Develop and implement mitigation plans for identified risks.
- Oversee vendor communications to manage licensing, variations, fixes, and performance, ensuring contractual compliance.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, and we are looking for a candidate who can bring their expertise and passion for project management to our team.
