As a Manager of International Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our efforts to expand our institutional fundraising activities across global markets. Working closely with senior leadership, you will be responsible for assisting in investor outreach, managing relationships with institutional investors, and coordinating business development efforts in key international regions.

You will execute our global fundraising strategy, providing organizational and logistical support to the team, and ensuring that we continue to build strong relationships with institutional investors, including third-party agents/distributors/managers, pension funds, family offices, and corporate partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Support senior executives in managing relationships with institutional investors, organizing meetings, preparing materials, and following up on investor inquiries.
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for existing and potential investors, coordinating communications and providing updates as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field and 4-7 years of experience in business development, investor relations, or fundraising, ideally in venture capital, private equity, or asset management.

Our base salary is $100,000 - $150,000 USD, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonus of 15% - 40%, and equity. We offer an equal opportunity employer policy and a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
