Job Summary:

Aspirare Recruitment is seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to join our esteemed facilities management team in Aberdeen's City Centre. The successful candidate will come from an electrical background and hold their 18th edition qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and audit the site engineers' work, generating reports using the company's CAFM system.
  • Assist the Contract Manager when necessary.
  • Efficiently manage and conduct daily meetings and plantroom checks.
  • Arrange and delegate static engineers' daily tasks.
  • Perform planned preventative maintenance, including testing and periodic checks on systems.
  • Address electrical issues in lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting.
  • Conduct general maintenance tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • 18th Edition qualification.
  • City & Guilds/SVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations 2382 (BS 7671).
  • Previous experience within the facilities management sector.
  • Experience in a supervisory role.
  • Low Voltage (APLV) & High Voltage (APHV1) would be desirable.
