Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Emilia's Crafted Pasta. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of our restaurant team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Monitor and control costs, including inventory management, labor costs, and supply chain logistics.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Proven track record of success in improving customer satisfaction and increasing sales.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, labor laws, and health and safety regulations.
