Professional Dispute Mediator

This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of our dynamic team as a Personal Safety and Conflict Management Trainer. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and delivering high-quality training programs that focus on conflict resolution and challenging behaviour management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective training strategies that cater to diverse industries and learner needs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging and interactive training content.
- Conduct on-site training sessions and online communication skills courses nationwide.
- Work remotely, with flexibility to travel when required.
Requirements:
- Hold or work towards a minimum Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) or equivalent qualification.
- Recent experience in delivering professional training sessions is essential.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
- Hold a clean driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle.
