Restaurant Operations Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our team in Newcastle. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of restaurant staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and food quality, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives, including marketing, human resources, and supply chain.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a QSR or fast-casual environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding service and food quality, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
