About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Runwood Homes. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents
  • Develop and implement person-centred care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Administer medication and conduct medication audits as required
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive team culture
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience in person-centred care planning and caring for individuals with dementia
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
