Job Title: Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Cambian Red Rose School. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties.

About the Role:
  • Provide individualized support to students with SEMH needs, promoting their emotional and social development.
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons, ensuring a tailored approach to meet the needs of each student.
  • Support students in developing their skills and confidence, enabling them to reach their full potential.
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
About Us:

Cambian Red Rose School is an independent, DfE-registered, co-educational day school providing specialist education for up to 30 students aged 5-17 years. We pride ourselves on our approach, which combines high expectations with sensitivity to the needs of individual students.
