About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Education Support Assistant to join our team at Cambian Red Rose School. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality education to students with SEMH difficulties.
  • Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery to ensure a tailored and engaging learning experience.
  • Provide individualized support to students, promoting their emotional and social well-being.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement strategies to meet the diverse needs of our students.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
Requirements
  • Passion for working with young people and a commitment to making a positive impact on their lives.
  • Ability to work effectively with students who have behavioral challenges and have experienced trauma.
