Job Title: HGV Class 1 Driver

We are seeking a skilled Class 1 ADR HGV driver to join our team at 24 Seven Recruitment Services Ltd. As a Class 1 driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods from depot to depot, working out of our RDC in Widnes.

Job Requirements:
  • Hold a valid Class 1/C+E license
  • No more than 6 points on your license
  • Valid Tacho and CPC cards
  • ADR license
  • Container experience

Our ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience driving Class 1 vehicles and be able to work a standard Monday to Friday schedule.

What We Offer:
  • PAYE dynamic rates
  • Day rate: £18.11
  • OT after 8 hours: £27.17
  • Night rate (18:00-06:00): £22.64
  • Night rate OT after 8 hours (18:00-06:00): £31.69
  • Saturday rate: £27.17 (until midday), £36.22 (after midday)
  • Sunday rate: £36.22

We are committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for our drivers. As part of our hiring process, you will be required to undergo a driving assessment, which will include a drug and alcohol test, theory test, and driving test. You will also be required to complete onsite induction training, which will cover 'Safe Systems of Work' and other health and safety related topics.
