Job Summary:The Payroll Services Advisor will be responsible for providing first-line support to customers, resolving payroll-related queries, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Resolve payroll-related queries and issues in a timely and accurate manner.
- Process payroll transactions, including manual payments, overpayments, and timesheets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless payroll operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Participate in quality assurance and NPS analysis to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Good knowledge of payroll processing and UK legislation, including Channel Islands.
- Expert knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of ITrent or other payroll ERP systems.
- Customer service, telephony, and case management experience.
- Quality assurance standards and ability to deliver a great customer experience.
