Join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited and take on the exciting opportunity to work as an Insurance Analyst in our Croydon office.

As an Insurance Analyst, you will be responsible for working with the finance team to deliver a suite of monthly management accounts, ensuring that insurance premiums are paid and reconciled on a timely basis, and producing Bordereaux and transactional reporting.

You will also be working closely with the technical services team to support the sales ledger system reconciliations and regular operational and financial reporting.

In addition, you will be responsible for reporting to relevant financial regulators, supporting the audit process, and producing statutory accounts.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle a varied workload and competing priorities.

You will also need to have a degree in a relevant subject, such as Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, Science, or Business, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

In return, you will be offered a competitive salary and study support towards your ACCA qualification.

You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through on-the-job learning, training sessions, and portal lessons.
