Job Title: Principal Test Engineer

Leonardo is seeking an experienced Principal Test Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Test and Release capability, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement test strategies and plans to ensure the quality and reliability of our systems and services.
  • Lead and manage a team of test engineers to ensure the successful delivery of test projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to test engineers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in test management and leadership.
  • Strong technical skills in test automation and software development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
