At DiverseJobsMatter, we are looking for a Compensation Analyst to join our Claims Team. This role offers an estimated salary of $85,000 per year, based on the industry standard and location.

As a Compensation Analyst, you will work closely with the team to flag complaints when needed and ensure customers are treated fairly. You will also keep up to date with the Claims Portfolio and share relevant information to help support underwriting and claims decisions.

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive benefits package. In addition to the base salary, you can expect:

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have great investigation skills, good communication skills, and enjoy building strong relationships to support others. Experience dealing with policy coverage and liability negotiations is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Investigate and resolve EL/PL claims, minimizing leakage while providing excellent claims handling service.

Identify coverage issues, ensuring the company's liability aligns with contractual commitments.

Pursue subrogation, contribution, and recovery opportunities where appropriate.

Manage claims and material issues to resolve and settle claims cost-effectively.

Ensure timely responses to claims fees, advices, and stakeholder requests in line with service standards.

Accurately reserve claims to maintain clear visibility of the company's liability.
