Job Requirements

Bromford is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Neighbourhood Coach. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within housing management, and possess excellent communication skills.

As a neighbourhood coach, you will work closely with our maintenance and lettings teams to resolve tenancy-related issues, maintain strong relationships with local services, and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary, estimated at £35,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the location of Cirencester. Regular home working opportunities and travel to surrounding areas are also available.
