Compassionate Support Specialist

In Stoke On Trent, we are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a support worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to children with special needs. Essential Requirements:
- Experience in a Residential Childcare Setting (Preferred)
- Level 3 Children's and Young People or equivalent (Desirable but not Essential)
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
