Principal Quality and Compliance Officer

We are offering a rewarding career opportunity for a skilled Principal Quality and Compliance Officer to join our Platform Systems Governance and Assurance team at BAE Systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the T&FC Operational Framework and Code of Practice, and assisting in the creation and management of a risk-based audit schedule, supporting inspections and recertification processes.
You will also be responsible for continuously reviewing governance structures and arrangements to ensure they promote appropriate levels of responsibility, accountability, efficiency, and effectiveness, and supporting the development of new facilities and capabilities.
The successful candidate will have a degree in a STEM-related subject, proven experience in managing complex software environments, and knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards.
