At Realise, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Trainer or Trainee to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Support a caseload of 45 learners across the Oxfordshire region, face-to-face and remotely
- Deliver a range of award-winning qualifications
- Create tailored solutions for learners to ensure they have the best experience possible and develop their interests and career
- Utilise our e-portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary, with bandings ranging from £27,500 to £28,500
- Up to £160 bonus for each learner referred
- South Weighting available
- A range of benefits, including 25 days holiday, flexible working, and enhanced maternity and paternity pay
Requirements:
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
- Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting
- An assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA/A1/D32/33, CAVA) would be advantageous
- A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) would be advantageous
- Experience in building and managing your own caseload
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT competent with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
What's Next?
Our interview process is tailored to each role and can be in-person or held remotely. You can expect a two-stage interview process, which will comprise a 30-minute phone call with the Line Manager to discuss the position and a one-hour formal interview, likely on Teams, where we will ask you to prepare and deliver a short microteach, shortly followed by competency and behavioural questions.
