As a Caretaker Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the school's premises and contributing to the smooth running of our operations.

About the Job

This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires a high level of flexibility and adaptability. You will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking caretaking services to all buildings and grounds forming the school site.
  • Undertaking minor or temporary maintenance and repairs.
  • Assisting with the management of a small minibus fleet as directed (Driving Licence required).

You will work closely with the Site Manager and premises team to ensure the school premises are maintained to a good standard at all times.

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a starting salary of approximately £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an additional 12 days annual leave for Bank Holidays/County Holidays.
